The QuickLoad on-board scale converts tractor and trailer suspension loads to an accurate on-the-ground weight. Weight information consisting of steer axle weight, drive axle weight, trailer axle weights, gross vehicle weight, and payload weight is displayed in the cab. By comparing empty and loaded axle group weights with empty and loaded suspension pressures, the scale can be calibrated to display accurate weights at any suspension load value, temperature, or altitude QuickLoad is easy to install. Many drivers report that they install a QuickLoad Scale in less than one hour. And QuickLoad is just as easy to use. Following calibration, just set the Display to View Weights and you will see the steer, drive and trailer weights (if you have a sensor for the trailer). Scrolling down will allow you to see GVW and Net Payload.
